Location was good
Lack of small fridge, microwave. Had to go to office twice for toiletries, towels.Parking was a problem. Questionable activities going on in variuos rooms, causing us to request a room change. I will never stay there again.
Nothing. The room was not nice - the location very bad. No coffee maker, shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Very noisey. Would never stay there again.
There was a price change between the guaranteed price and the price I was charged. Would have gone elsewhere if I had really had that option. My booking was pretty much worthless.
The room smelled bad the sink was clogged the windows we moldy and you could not see out it was gross
Near River Road turnoff where I had a two-day workshop to attend. Affordable price. Pool (though I didn't have time to use it.) Clean. Good, helpful, pleasant staff.
Hard to figure out how to turn out light by bed. Had to unplug it. Found gum on the back of the night table (forgot to mention this so it could be removed.) LIGHT BY BED COULD NOT BE TURNED OFF WITHOUT GETTING UP. ALL NIGHT THE BRIGHT OUTDOOR LIGHTING CAME INTO THE ROOM AROUND ALL EDGES OF THE WINDOW COVERING. In the middle of the night I had to get up and hang the other bedspread over the window to keep out the light so I could sleep. Room had an unpleasant smell, had to open door and window to air it out. Air conditioning didn't get quite cool enough. Garish bedspreads (but I don't really care too much about this.)
accepted dog traveling with me
No mini frig in the room
Easy access to resturants and Santo Rosa sights.
Staff was accommodating when room was not ready at 8 PM at night.
Room was not ready. Cigarettes in ash tray in non-smoking room . waited 1 hour for staff to clean room. Noisy, police altercations outside and noisy guests.
Convenient freeway location, no noise.
Very poor bed conditions. Both beds were very lumpy, my bed sloped toward the foot of the bed. Also poor pillows, looked very old.
This Motel 6 location is very convenient to wine destinations such as Sonoma, Dry Creek, Healdsburg and Geyserville. The front desk staff were very friendly and the motel is dog friendly (our reason for choosing).
Even non-smoking rooms smelled heavily of smoke. Bed comforters and carpets were stained.
Motel 6's are all very much alike, which is no bad thing in my book. You know you'll be getting a clean, a no frills room at a decent price. The one in Santa Rosa is no better or worse than any other we stopped in. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stop there again if I was in the area.
There was no partying going on at the motel. Very good. I was able to sleep
Friendly desk staff at check-in
Old, saggy mattress...hole punched in wall from previous guest...only a little bar of soap and no shampoo...towels that were so old I might use them to dry my car.,.overpowering air freshener...marquee sign burned out and drove by twice...heard everything going on in room above...all in all a horrible night stay and I have now crossed Motel 6 off my list to ever stay at again. If the desk clerk had even asked how my stay was during checkout and allowed me to discuss any of the issues, I might have left in a better mood. Even so it wouldn't have saved me from a $75 chiropracter bill two days later. Next time I would rather get a sleeping bag and go camping.
the bathtub was cracked and needed repair, they were hiding it under bath mats, the room smelled horrible.
